When I was visiting the island in the summer, I stopped into a coffee shop to grab a coffee and I saw this sign “Today you could be talking to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart . . so whatever you do today, do it with kindness in your heart”

Today, you could be waiting in line behind someone who just found out a family member is ill.
Today, you could be serving someone who is dealing with the end of a relationship.
Today, you could be driving behind someone who is trying their best to cope with everything on their plate.
When we practice kindness, it helps all of us. It makes this world a better place.
Practicing kindness lowers our stress levels and increases the body’s production of feel-good hormones.
