Going on a retreat is the spiritual practice that involves stepping back from the busyness of life to spend a few hours in a nurturing and peaceful environment so you can be refreshed, revitalized, and renewed.

The spacious mornings include introductions to spiritual practices, time for reflection, and time to connect with others.
