Whether you have been meditating for years or just beginning, you are welcome. The class will be a mix of gentle music, readings, and guided meditations followed by a time of connection.  

You're invited to step away from your busy life to enter into a peaceful space as you relax into a gently guided meditation to nurture your spirit. You will learn how to calm your mind and release your tension. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Regular meditation can help you live a calmer, happier, and more balanced life. It's a practical way to de-stress, recharge and rejuvenate.
