Our walks are meditative and contemplative. Walking in nature is a simple spiritual practice that can help you destress and find peace.
We will start with a reading and then participants will be supported with a self-guided reflective walking activity to help them tune into Spirit and Soul as they walk in relative silence in nature. Following the walk, the group will meet to review our reflections and wonderings and to chat.
