Whether you have been meditating for years or just beginning, you are welcome.  

Sue will gently guide you into meditation with breathing exercises, a reading, music, and a guided meditation. Following the class there will be a time of gentle conversation. 

Regular meditation can reduce your stress, improve your sleep, improve your relationships, and benefit your mental and physical health.  Recent research suggests regular meditation practice may also boost mental flexibility and focus, offering powerful protection against cognitive decline.

Cost: $50.00 for 5 classes  (March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30)

Note that we have suspended our drop-in meditation classes for now.  Join us if you want to come together with a group to strengthen and deepen your practice.
