Make this simple quilted labyrinth (12-14") for yourself or to give as a gift.

A finger labyrinth is used just as a large labyrinth for walking. Slowly trace the pattern of the labyrinth with your finger allowing your mind to clear from extra thought and focus solely on following the path of the labyrinth. “Walk” to the centre of the labyrinth and rest momentarily, taking deep breaths observing how you are feeling. Retrace your path out of the labyrinth.

This course is being led by Sharon Allman, a dedicated quilter.  The small class size means that you will recieve hands-on help and guidance, and meet some great people while you work!

Suitable for beginners, although some experience with sewing is helpful.

In this class you will learn to:

  • Cut fabric using a rotary cutter, ruler and mat
  • Trace a pattern onto your fabric
  • Layer the fabric and batting
  • Embroider the traced design on the quilt top
  • Quilt the layers together by hand
  • Finish the layers together by hand
  • Finish the edges of the quilt

Registration closes Saturday, September 11 - register now!
